Product thawing
Place the Sausage Rolls onto a baking tray (lined with silicone or baking paper) and thaw to room temperature - approximately 60 minutes.
Oven temperature
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200-210°C.
Baking time
Place thawed Sausage Rolls into pre-heated 200-210°C oven and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes.
Quick tip
- Brush with a fresh egg wash to achieve a golden-brown bake.
- An option for functions is to cut the Sausage Rolls into small bite sized portions before baking to serve as mini sausage rolls.
