Product thawing

Place the Cocktail Sausage Rolls onto a baking tray (lined with silicone or baking paper) and thaw to room temperature - approximately 30 minutes.

Oven temperature

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200-210°C.

Baking time

Place thawed Cocktail Sausage Rolls into pre-heated 200-210°C oven and bake for approximately 14-16 minutes.

Quick tip

Brush with a fresh egg wash to achieve a golden-brown bake.
