Approximate raw product measurements

Product thawing

Place the Minted Lamb Finger Food onto a baking tray (lined with silicone or baking paper) and thaw to room temperature - approximately 20 minutes.

Oven temperature

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200°C.

Baking time

Place thawed minted Lamb Finger Food into pre-heated 200°C oven and bake for approximately 12-14 minutes.

Quick tip

Brush with a fresh egg wash to achieve a golden-brown bake.
