Approximate raw product measurements

Product thawing

Place the Sweet Lattice Pastries onto a baking tray (lined with silicone or baking paper) and thaw to room temperature - approximately 20 minutes.

Oven temperature

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200°C.

Baking time

Place thawed Sweet Lattice into pre-heated 200°C oven and bake for approximately 15 - 17 minutes.

Quick tip

Add almond flakes before baking, and finish with fondant once cooled.
