Ready-Bake 92mm Butter Shortbread Shell
Ingredients
Custard diplomat
Instant custard 200gm
Whipped cream 100gm
Fruit salad
Strawberry 4 each
Mango 8 slices
Kiwi 4 slices
Passion fruit pulp 1/2
Blueberries 6 each
Raspberries 6 each
Method
- Prepare instant custard then fold in whipped cream until smooth.
- Blind bake 92mm Butter Shortbread Shell until golden.
- Pipe cream diplomat into pastry shell ¾ full.
- Place fruit neatly on top.
- Glaze with clear gel.
