Lorraine Florentine spinach vegetarian crab etc. are ideal as are your own gourmet fillings. This labour saving quiche disk is so easy to use. Just place the disk over the foil provided while you prepare your filling. When the disk has defrosted shape the pastry into the foil add your filling and bake!
