About UsCompany ProfileBackground
After extensive research and development, John eventually sold his bakery and established Ready-Bake (1987); a company that is now recognised throughout Australia as the nation's leader in quality frozen unbaked pastry pie shells, pie tops, quiche shells, pastry rolls and pastry sheets. Ready-Bake is now meeting the needs of not only bakeries, but catering establishments, five-star hotels, convention centres, airlines, hospitals, and schools in Australian and overseas markets in Japan and South-East Asia. Future growth Since its inception, Ready-Bake has enjoyed spectacular growth. In early 1999, the company relocated to a new purpose-built HACCP* accredited factory approximately three times larger than its former premises. The new site and premises have provided Ready-Bake with the flexibility to comfortably accommodate projected future growth. Testimony to the company's growth is our understanding of our customers' requirements. Through imaginative research and development, we strive to support our customers' evolving needs through the development of new unfilled and filled products for both the frozen unbaked and baked markets. The future for Ready-Bake is assured as it continues to increase sales in Australia , while actively seeking to expand its sales into world markets. * HACCP Australia is a leading project management company that designs, implements and manages food safety programmes for organisations in the food and food-related industries.
